Sandra Blank
Hi! I’m Sandra, the Owner and Principal Designer of Blank Space Designs.
I’m passionate about design! Not only do I have an eye for what makes good interior design great, I also love what I do!
I’m professional, enthusiastic, organized, and fun! Nothing brings me more joy than working with my clients to create beautiful, functional living spaces you can enjoy with ease for years to come.
After working in corporate America for 20+ years, I attended a highly accredited school for Interior Design. During my time in design school, I worked for a Bay Area Developer and renovated over 40 homes in six years ranging from $2million to $8 million dollars projects.
Upon graduating, I continued to work for the developer while building my own interior design business and learning how to uniquely serve my clientele.
I have a deep understanding of functional design and construction coupled with a robust project management background, a creative eye, and collaborative spirit. I offer my clients an experience that’s second to none.
I’m an effective multitasker, resourceful problem-solver, enthusiastic, and creative professional who loves combining my skillset to create spaces in which you can thrive.
I live in the California Bay Area with my husband, two lovely daughters and mini French Bulldog (Chula).
In my spare time, I love adventuring, scuba diving, running, hiking, backpacking in the Sierras, skiing, camping with friends and family, and being outdoors as much as possible!

Our studio is located right in the heart of beautiful downtown Los Gatos, nestled right up against the foothills of the Santa Cruz mountains. Los Gatos is a charming little town where sky meets mountains and nature drives the experience of healthy living. We at Blank Space Designs are inspired by the surrounding nature creating a sense of harmony and wellbeing into our designs.
